Graduate House currently makes two guest rooms available to house visitors for short-term stays on a per-night basis. Our guest rooms are extremely popular with family and friends of our residents as well as with other visitors to the University of Toronto.

Both rooms are equipped with telephone service (with complimentary local calling), cable television, and a small refrigerator. Each guest room has its own private 4-piece washroom. All linens and towels are provided.

Our single guest room, with a single captain’s bed, is $50 per night plus HST. Our double guest room, with 2 single captain’s beds, is $75 per night plus HST.

We do not handle guest room enquiries via telephone. Please note that inquiries are not reservations. It is important to confirm your reservation. Reservations must be secured with a credit card, or for current students via ROSI. However, payment can be made via credit card, debit card or ROSI.

We require a minimum of 24 hours written notice to cancel a guest room reservation or a one-night penalty will be charged. If no cancellation is received, a charge for the full length of the reservation. For reservations of 7 nights or more, a 50% deposit is required upon making the reservation. This deposit will be forfeited should the reservation be cancelled for whatever reason.
